Installer - It automatically downloads and installs SciTE4AutoHotkey v2.
Optionally you can download the file below to make the installer not download anything from the web.
It also installs Compile_AHK II, a wrapper for Ahk2Exe that allows you
to access extended compilation options.
Despite being an installer, the installation can be portable (uncheck the default editor box).
